This commitment was demonstrated by the appointment of a Group Director - Safety, reporting directly to the CEO, in May 2007. By promoting leadership and accountability within our business units, the safety team maintains its goal of achieving zero harm.

SKILLED Group has a documented complaints procedure. This procedure details the process for dealing with both formal and informal safety related complaints received from internal and external parties. This procedure has been established to resolve an individual or group grievance, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the effected person/s and company. SKILLED Group have conducted Health & Safety Representative Elections. The election of Health & Safety Representatives and establishment of the National Health & Safety Working Group, is complementary to our existing Consultation arrangements.
