SKILLED Group was established in Melbourne, Australia in 1964 by Frank Hargrave AO. Frank was a young, self employed electrician with a brilliant idea – to provide Australian industry with a flexible, cost effective approach to their workforce needs. Frank founded Hargrave and de Martini, the forerunner of Skilled Engineering and in doing so, pioneered the workforce solutions industry in Australia. In 1994 the Company was floated on the Australian Stock Exchange, changing its name to SKILLED Group in 1994.
